Are you an experienced Senior level Estimator with 5+ years of Xactimate expertise? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where accuracy and efficiency are key? Excel Restoration is looking for a Senior Estimator to work exclusively from our office—no site visits required—leveraging DocuSketch and Xactimate to produce detailed, high-quality restoration estimates.

Software Proficiency: Expertise in Xactimate and DocuSketch.
Remote Estimating Skills: Ability to generate accurate estimates without on-site inspections.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Estimating experience in restoration, construction, or insurance claims.
Advanced Technology: Utilize DocuSketch and Xactimate for digital estimating.
Excellent Communication: Ability to effectively interact with adjusters, clients, and internal teams.
Xactimate Level 2 or Level 3 Certification (Highly Preferred)
Proven track record of high-volume estimating in a restoration environment
Xactimate Certification: Xactimate Level 1, Level 2 or 3 is highly preferred.
IICRC Certifications (Water, Fire, Mold, etc.)
