Develop stream and wetland mitigation and restoration plans.
Prepare US Corps of Engineers (USACE) nationwide and individual permit applications for impacts to streams and wetlands with limited supervision.
Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and evaluate environmental risks, impacts, and regulatory compliance.
Manage and develop client base to support additional team members.
Monitor, observe, sample, and record field environmental conditions accurately and consistently.
Stay informed on current environmental regulations, trends, and best practices.
Support project management activities including safety oversight, cost estimating, proposal preparation, scheduling, staffing coordination, cost control, invoicing, and report review.
Coordinate with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and their natural resource permit requirements.
Conduct and oversee habitat surveys for threatened and endangered species and coordinate with US Fish and Wildlife Service.
Assist clients with permit violation responses and resolutions.
Conduct and oversee aquatic resource delineations and prepare associated reports; must be capable of leading field crews of less experienced personnel.
Prepare daily reports, data sheets, and detailed technical documentation summarizing findings, analyses, and recommendations for clients and regulatory agencies.
Follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with coworkers, clients, and contractors.

8 to 15 years of progressive experience in natural resources consulting in the north or central Georgia market.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Willingness to frequently travel to project sites and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Well-developed project management skills.
