Provide leadership and mentoring to quality professionals within the Delivery Partner team, promoting capability development and collaboration.
Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection Test Reports (ITRs) for all work packages.
Facilitate joint audits, surveillance, and corrective actions across partner organisations to maintain compliance and improve processes.
Report consolidated quality metrics and trends to the Delivery Partner leadership and client representatives, supporting data-driven decisions.
Coordinate quality activities across multiple delivery partners, ensuring consistency and compliance with Principal Contractor’s Quality Management Plans, their ITP and ITR’s, and compliance with customers own standards.
Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan in alignment with Bechtel standards and Delivery Partner governance requirements.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams from all partners to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Where applicable, champion Bechtel’s People-Based Quality principles and embed continuous improvement initiatives across the integrated team.
