Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
Lead or support strategic business development efforts and maintain key client and partner relationships.
Provide quality oversight, including conducting and/or issuing final quality reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Quality & Accountability: Drives high-quality outcomes, holds others accountable, and reinforces standards across the discipline.
Innovation & Professional Responsibility: Encourages innovation, maintains financial and technical responsibility, and stays current with industry advancements.
Participate in or lead staffing recommendations, training initiatives, and technical strategy development.

Demonstrated ability to lead discipline coordination and manage complex or large-scale project scopes.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred, required for EOR’s.
