• Manage dealer and customer relationships, providing training, technical support, and exceptional service.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase product penetration in the territory.

• Conduct product demonstrations, applications, and field training sessions.
• Ensure installed products operate according to specifications and perform field testing/troubleshooting on new or upgraded equipment.
• Collaborate with dealers and distributors to grow the territory’s customer base and verify qualified personnel for end‑user training.
• Respond to customer service calls, troubleshoot issues, and process merchandise returns and loaner equipment.
• Apply critical‑thinking and problem‑analysis skills to diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions.
• Communicate technical and market information effectively to drillers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with field teams and internal functions to innovate and improve product and service delivery.

Requirements

DCI seeks a Regional Territory Manager for Florida, Alabama, and Georgia, based in Fort Lauderdale with a home‑office arrangement and headquarters in Kent, Washington. The role involves extensive travel (up to 75% of the time) across the assigned states and occasional trips to additional locations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, has at least five years in customer service or field sales, and possesses solid knowledge of trenchless technology. Physical ability to work on construction sites, a clear driving record, and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship‑building, critical‑thinking, and self‑motivation. The manager must be trustworthy, collaborative, and able to convey technical information to a wide audience while maintaining high ethical standards.
