Requirements

LOCATION : Commutable from Hull , Beverley , Grimsby, Lincoln , Doncaster, Selby , York, Leeds

• Design skills and technical understanding including standards, codes of practice, regulations and industry best practice
• Good architectural experience with clear evidence of achievements. Experience and ability to work across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
• In depth knowledge of current CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and Planning practices
• Full driving licence
• Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician , preferably working on housing / sheltered housing/ apartments/social housing
• Able to design using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with clear demonstrable evidence.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• HNC / HND in an appropriate Architectural / Construction / Building discipline.
• Ability to demonstrate design skills and analytical judgement and creativity to deal with complex and varied situations

Benefits

HOURLY RATE : Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis - £21ph - £27ph

Hybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per week
