- Carry out major assignments in conducting the operations of the business
- Formulate, interpret or implement management policies or operating practices.
- Evaluate operations, processes and equipment in the facility to determine compliance with all safe operating policies, facility written programs and OSHA requirements.
- Perform work directly related to management or general business operations in his key role in coordinating and managing safety at the Terrell facility
- Coordinates safety initiatives for facility to ensure the compliance with all applicable standards.

- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing and safety setting or relevant safety educational background
- Ability to read and interpret correctly the OSHA 1910 standards (OSHA 511 certification a plus)
- Must be analytical and able to store data collection from waste water, air permits via spreadsheets, charts)
- Ability to manage multiple on-going tasks to meet deadlines
