In-Home Field Sales Trainer - Residential Remodeling Sales

Description

• Model our proven sales process while giving live feedback and support.
• Help sales reps improve presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Run in-home appointments side-by-side with entry-level reps and first-timers in in-home sales.
• Train and coach new sales representatives directly in the field (inside customer homes).
• Identify where individual reps need support and build them into strong closers.

Requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate, train, and close effectively.
• Must currently have (and maintain) a 45% or higher close rate in a B2C in-home sales environment.
• 45%+ close rate required—no exceptions.
• 2+ years of experience in in-home sales (home improvement industry preferred).
• Excellent people skills, both with homeowners and trainees.
• Proven success in residential home improvement sales (windows, sunrooms, baths, roofing, or similar).
• Strong communicator and motivator with a knack for simplifying the sales process for beginners.
• Comfortable being on the road and in customers’ homes daily.
