Stay abreast of new design trends and technologies.
Mentor junior designers, fostering their professional growth.

Commitment to sustainable design practices, with experience in projects holding certifications like LEED, WELL, or Net Zero Building.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school.
Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and specifications.
Excellent communicator.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
Lead and energize teams, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
Innovate and solve design challenges creatively.
Excellent graphics and visualization skills to express your ideas.
8+ years of post-graduation interior design experience.
Experience in workplace and/or hospitality design.
NCIDQ certification is preferred but not a requirement.
