Manage, develop, and mentor Project Engineers and Project Designers.
Serve as the lead point of contact for clients.
Manage the financial performance for projects including profit and efficiency evaluations and managing accounts receivable.
Identify design criteria and oversee an efficient design and plan preparation.
Solve design problems using engineering calculations and following general design standards.
Manage project plans including allocating resources, preparing and monitoring project budgets, and scheduling within project parameters.
Participate in new client pursuits.
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external project team.
Follow QAQC practices and procedures while continuing to look for opportunities for improvement of quality and efficiency.
Manage multiple projects with multiple clients simultaneously, while ensuring that timelines are met and communicated.
Responsible for fostering continued client relationships and looking for avenues of growth with those clients.
Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.

5+ years of Architectural or Engineering Project Management experience in a responsible position. Preferably with commercial projects, retail preferred.
Able to provide risk assessment on projects, estimate potential risks along with costs and probabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
Must have AutoCAD and Revit experience
Demonstrate an understanding of constructability and complex design and identify liability issues related to design and construction.
