Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management (highly regarded)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
AIPM or similar registration (highly regarded)

Proven experience in project management within engineering, infrastructure, or related sectors.
Be eligible and prepared to apply for a Defence Security Clearance (desirable)
Strong business development and client relationship skills.
