Develop & provide compensation benchmarking using, where appropriate, data from the salary survey Portal(s) and platforms available to the business & works with key stakeholders on use & interpretation of data.
Manage the formal grading of jobs, using the Mercer IPE job grading methodology, provides expert technical insight & rationale on all aspects of job grading.
Develop, maintain & actively contribute to a library of such guidance with suitable and up to date communication material.
Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Act as the primary point of contact for salary survey vendors and oversees the resolution of operational and tactical issues which arise with any such vendors or the use of their salary survey portals.
Provide expertise advice & guidance to recruiters, HRBP's and business leaders on the appropriate use of Reward levers such as salary ranges, benefits and recognition, to inform Reward decision.
Direct the full suite of salary data submissions to salary surveys in which the business participates.
Manage day-to-day & more technical &/or atypical queries and all reporting relating to the annual bonus and salary review process, and benefits renewals.
Utilise advanced subject matter expertise (SME) in the Reward domain to deliver the strategy for Reward, providing innovative solutions for challenges.
Responsible for developing, adapting and maintaining salary ranges and benefits communication materials for all countries where the business operates.
Manage & maintain the global job catalogue, coordinates any additions or changes &/or alterations to it.
Act as the primary point of contact for MyHR compensation and benefit cases escalated to the Reward team, utilises expertise in Reward domain to provide advise & expertise.
Actively develop & generate reward analytics and reports as well as maintaining and contributing to a library of standardised Reward analytics and reports.
