Document Controller

Description

• Upload, track, and distribute documents using Aconex
• Manage and maintain all project documentation across multiple solar projects
• Support project managers, engineers, and construction teams with document workflows
• Maintain version control and ensure compliance with project standards
• Liaise with site teams during site visits when required
• Ensure timely and accurate document control processes

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support project delivery across multiple solar farm sites. Based in Auckland, you will manage project documentation, support construction teams, and ensure all records are accurate, accessible, and compliant. Occasional site visits may be required.

• Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of Aconex (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction or infrastructure sector
