- To act as a team player and provide effective day to day communication with Residents, their family and guests as well as with your colleagues
- Promote a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, employees, and contractors.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.

- Respond to incidents, accidents, and fire alarms, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- To represent Omniyat and Dorchester Collection and become a point of contact within the department

- Working in one of the world’s most iconic luxury residencies, you must display excellent product and property knowledge at all times and take every opportunity to engage with the Residents and their family in an efficient and professional manner
- You will have relevant professional qualifications or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working in a similar capacity for luxury hotels for at least 2-3 years, your previous experience in the Middle East will be a competitive advantage.
- You have a talent for exceptional interpersonal skills, able to represent the property in the community.
- You will maintain a presentable appearance and must adhere to the grooming policies of Dorchester Collection.
- You will have a high level of emotional intelligence to adapt to various cultural settings and situations.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our Residence. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
