Description

Element is seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator to join its aerospace team. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and validating purchase orders from aerospace customers to ensure all technical, contractual, and compliance requirements are met before order acceptance and processing.

• Review incoming aerospace purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company capabilities, pricing, and terms.
• Verify technical data such as part numbers, revisions, drawings, certifications, specifications, and special process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Prime, FAA, and/or DoD customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to confirm customer flow‑down requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and proactively communicate with customers for clarification or revision.
• Log, track, and archive reviewed purchase orders and related documentation per internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate ERP system data, including customer records, PO status, and delivery schedules.
• Support audits and customer quality inquiries related to PO documentation or order entry.

Requirements

• Possess prior aerospace or defense industry experience, strong attention to detail, and technical comprehension.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred: 2+ years in purchasing, order entry, or contract review within an aerospace environment.
• Familiarity with aerospace OEMs (e.g., Boeing, Raytheon, Collins) and MRO settings.
• Experience with certifications such as C of C, test reports, and NADCAP special processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, engineering drawings, and quality clauses.
• Understanding of aerospace standards such as AS9100, ITAR, and DFARS.

Benefits

The position offers a salary range of $20–$22 per hour, dependent on experience.
