As an Electrician at Anglian Water you will carry out general repairs, investigate and rectify faults, and complete both scheduled and reactive maintenance to ensure the reliability of water‑industry assets. You will work with electrical control panels, motor testing equipment, level control devices, inverters, gearboxes, screw conveyors and centrifuge equipment. The role contributes directly to protecting the environment and the communities we serve.
The role requires an NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent) and an 18th Edition City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent), plus completion of a relevant apprenticeship. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you must have proven experience in inspections, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on large pumps, actuated valves, VSDs and 3‑phase switchgear.

The position offers a starting salary of £47,864 plus a 15% shift allowance, bringing total compensation to roughly £55,000, with opportunities for pay progression. It is a permanent, shift‑based role based in Milton Keynes, working 40.25 hours per week. Employees are provided with an on‑site vehicle, tools, and personal protective equipment.
