In this position you will develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, build and maintain partnerships with technology providers, installers and industry stakeholders, and lead prospecting, proposal development and contract negotiations to close deals. You will also support the launch and scaling of cutting‑edge energy solutions such as smart charging, vehicle‑to‑grid, bundled services, solar and storage, while acting as a trusted advisor to tailor high‑value solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships within energy, utilities, telecoms or financial services, and a record of consistently exceeding commercial targets. Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills are essential, together with commercial and financial acumen and knowledge of EV charging or energy retail propositions. Experience in the energy sector, familiarity with regulatory frameworks and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot are highly desirable.
