The Move Coordinator plays a key role in supporting workplace operations by coordinating and executing internal moves, space setups, and event preparations. This position ensures workspaces are organized, functional, and aligned with company standards while delivering high‑level customer service.
Core duties include coordinating office relocations, placing furniture, and setting up workstations according to floor plans and move schedules. The coordinator assembles, stages, and organizes chairs, tables, shelving, and other fixtures without using power tools, and supports event setup and teardown by arranging furniture, signage, and general space preparation.
The role also involves labeling, tagging, and tracking furniture and equipment during moves, assisting the Facilities team with logistics such as delivering supplies, posting signage, and updating layouts, and communicating schedules, milestones, and post‑move punch lists to stakeholders. Partnerships with vendors and internal teams ensure moves and events are completed safely and on time, and regular walk‑throughs verify that common areas are reset to standard after each activity.
Cushman & Wakefield provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $36.85 to $43.35 per hour, and the company guarantees at least the minimum wage for this role.
