Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least seven years of recruiting experience within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), agency, or professional services environments. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, exceptional organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a professional presence are required. Travel as needed is expected.
