The Warehouse and Facilities Associate is responsible for accurate and timely shipping and receiving of materials while supporting general facility maintenance and basic office support needs. This dependable, hands‑on role works across warehouse operations, light maintenance, and administrative support to ensure a safe, clean and efficient work environment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders per company procedures.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other certified warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize and keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and orderly.
- Adjust desk and workstation heights.
- Perform light cleaning, organization, painting, and drywall touch‑ups.
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks including snow removal, lawn care coordination, and trash removal.
- Carry out routine facility inspections to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Assist with furniture moves, office setup, and workspace reconfigurations.
- Support mail distribution, supply stocking, and other general administrative tasks.
- Follow established safety protocols.
- Stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach for prolonged periods.
- Work in various temperature and weather conditions.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in warehouse or facilities work (three years preferred), and forklift certification is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are required, along with a commitment to safety protocols.
The position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, climbing and the ability to lift 50 lb regularly, as well as work in varied temperature and weather conditions. Personal protective equipment such as hard‑toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi‑vis vest, and harness is provided.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least one year (preferably three) of warehouse/facilities experience.
- Possess forklift operator certification (OSHA CFR 1910.178) – a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Regularly lift 50 lb and occasionally more.
- Use laptop computer, forklift, pallet jack, pallets, load straps, and GPS/maps.
- Wear required PPE: hard‑toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi‑vis vest, harness.
