Operating under the Continuous Improvement Manager, the specialist works independently to support site performance across quality, cost, delivery, health, safety, environmental metrics, and people development. Data analysis and trend interpretation inform recommendations that enhance operational outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates should have one to three years of relevant experience in operations, production, logistics, or continuous improvement, with a bachelor's degree preferred in a technical, business, or engineering field. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance, as well as coaching and project management skills, are required.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. The role demands resilience, organization, collaboration, and a passion for driving exceptional performance while supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
