Respond to and complete on-call after hour emergency and urgent repairs.
Maintain vehicle and vehicle inventory as prescribed. When required, update work order status including time, materials and notes on mobile devices provided in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform carpet cleaning function in accordance with schedule issued by management. Complete work quickly and efficiently in order to meet project deadlines and to reduce home vacancy. Complete and submit all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform his/her routine functions.
Team Work - Interact respectfully with other clients, visitors, organization staff and/or external contacts to offer ideas, identify issues, obtain information or deliver services.
Responsible for cleaning activities in common areas including Community Centers, office spaces and additional areas as identified by management. May be responsible for other common area cleaning including trash pick-up, doggie waste station and community trash removal.

Oral Communications - Understand spoken English in order to follow basic instructions and take direction from supervisors; communicate effectively in basic English with clients, visitors and organization staff in response to routine questions.

This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.
Computer Literacy - Basic familiarity with computers. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
Flexibility/Adaptability - Work routine is fairly consistent, but employee needs to be able to use judgment to respond to events several times a week.
Work needs to occur at an average pace with intermittent breaks. Requires an average amount of attention to maintain quality of work.
