Lead cross-functional teams to develop and manage end-to-end clinical program plans.
Independently contribute to the development of program strategy and defining clear go/no-go criteria for each phase of development.
Document key team information, decisions, actions, key modifications to scope, resources, timelines, and milestones, and ensure project management systems are up to date.
Guide project teams to proactively anticipate and identify challenges, and help define solutions.
Collaborate with functional group leaders to ensure critical path activities are identified and prioritized to achieve program objectives and milestones.
Help establish a reporting process for vendors to proactively inform of project burn rates.
Actively track leading indicators of teams’ progress towards reaching major milestones and monitor performance versus plan (budget and timeline).
Ensure appropriate coordination of CMC activities, including drug substance and drug product manufacturing as needed for the program.
Coordinate program and report periodic updates to management.
Maintain and communicate project timelines and budgets to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
