As an Equipment Coordinator for PCL Industrial Constructors Inc. in Nisku, Alberta (Industrial), you will lead innovative infrastructure projects that shape the future of your community.
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, shop equipment, and facility infrastructure, including welding, cutting, and sandblasting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues such as motors, control panels, lighting, and gearboxes.
- Conduct overhead crane inspections and repairs.
- Work in physically demanding industrial environments, including heights using AWP and fall‑arrest systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs and documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and PCL affiliates for shop and facility repairs.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safe work practices.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience on industrial job sites and in varied environmental conditions.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Proven troubleshooting and repair experience on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret building drawings, schematics and technical documents.
- Experience with overhead crane repair, heights work (AWP/fall‑arrest), LOTO, plumbing, carpentry or HVAC considered assets.
