- Support tender close-out, including Risk & Opportunity assessments and management reviews.
- Manage and complete RFI templates (minimal bid writing involved).
- Develop construction methodologies where required.
- Compile and present bid documentation to clients.
- Prepare detailed estimates using in-house first principle estimating tools with built-in production rates.
- Create tender programs using MS Project.

- Strong skills in first-principles estimating and Excel-based estimating tools.
- Experience in preparing tender programs (MS Project preferred).
- Tertiary degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as an Estimator within civil, water, or infrastructure projects.
