General Superintendent

Join Oline Construction and help lead the next chapter of growth in Omaha and beyond.

• Mentor and develop project superintendents, field engineers, and craft teams
• Lead field operations across multiple projects in the Omaha and greater Midwest region
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Partner with project management, preconstruction, and safety teams for seamless project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in field operations and workforce development
• Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination

Requirements

If you’re an experienced builder with strong concrete, tilt-wall, or large industrial experience — and you thrive in a fast-growing, high-accountability environment — we want to talk.

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead large field teams and complex builds
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest as needed
• Deep knowledge of construction means and methods — especially concrete/tilt-wall
• Strong understanding of scheduling, logistics, and field sequencing
• (industrial, tilt-wall, concrete, or ground-up experience preferred)
