- Provides periodic systems training to internal customers and suppliers
- Manages discrepancy reconciliation with vendors
- Ensures compliance requirements in partnership with vendors.
- Participates in pricing and terms negotiations across multiple suppliers in a category
- Provides help desk services to internal customers
- Provides ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned
- Creates and maintains price contracts
- Coordinates custom bidding events and procurement of materials and services
- Supports vendor performance tracking
- Supports the Contract Lifestyle Management (CLM) process by coordinating contract submissions to Legal, tracking contract progress within internal systems, faciliatating communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers to address comments and revisions, and monitoring existing agreements to intiate timely renewal outreach
- Spearheads new supplier identification qualification, outreach, and enablement of new vendor opportunities

- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- CPSM certification preferred
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Knowledge of eProcurement or P2P Solutions preferred
