Assist in reviewing property assessments to identify opportunities for business rates savings and ensure accurate rateable values for new and existing sites

Liaise with clients to provide regular progress updates, offer guidance on upcoming projects, and address any queries

Prepare and submit documentation, including rent and lease forms, to the Valuation Office Agency on behalf of clients
Develop strong market knowledge, and build the skills needed to progress towards MRICS qualification and a long- term career in commercial real estate advisory
Submit an online application including CV and answer a few short screening questions
Conduct thorough research on market trends, property values, and economic indicators to support strategic decision-making

Currently studying a RICS accredited degree
In Person Interview & Short Presentation with 2 assessors
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Studying a RICS accredited degree is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an eye for details
You must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK
