Description

• Assist in reviewing property assessments to identify opportunities for business rates savings and ensure accurate rateable values for new and existing sites

• Liaise with clients to provide regular progress updates, offer guidance on upcoming projects, and address any queries

• Collaboration: Work productively across diverse teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals and build your professional network
• Prepare and submit documentation, including rent and lease forms, to the Valuation Office Agency on behalf of clients
• Develop strong market knowledge, and build the skills needed to progress towards MRICS qualification and a long- term career in commercial real estate advisory
• Submit an online application including CV and answer a few short screening questions
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, property values, and economic indicators to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret market data, trends, and financial reports to support informed decision-making
• Market Awareness: Understand local and global trends and their potential impact on the business and clients
• Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams
• Currently studying a RICS accredited degree
• In Person Interview & Short Presentation with 2 assessors
• Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Studying a RICS accredited degree is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an eye for details
• You must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK
• Organised, efficient, able to use your initiative and work to tight deadlines
