

Provides commercial real estate services including leasing, capital markets, property management, and advisory.
Under direct supervision, the assistant will support senior staff by collecting and analyzing data to help determine market values of real estate for dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, acquisitions, portfolio analysis, and estate purposes.
The role involves using internal and external sources to gather market data, inspecting properties alongside senior appraisers, and preparing sections of appraisal reports under supervision, while maintaining knowledge of software, regulations, zoning laws, and third‑party data sources.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in real estate, economics, finance or a related field (MS or MBA preferred), possess or be eligible for an appraiser trainee license, and be proficient in Excel, Word, and ideally Argus. Prior experience in real‑estate analysis or market research is favored, along with strong analytical, writing, communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
