  • General gardening including mulching, pruning, hedging, turf care, cleaning of storm water pits and open drains, applying chemical and fertilisers.
  • Propagation, planting, and revegetation of diverse landscapes.
  • General grounds keeping tasks as required including debris and rubbish clean-up, cleaning of outdoor features and hardstand areas, line marking, managing injured or dead wildlife.
  • Carry out regular inspections, non-technical maintenance, cleaning of the vehicles, grounds equipment and small plant to ensure safety, in operational condition and well-presented during service delivery.
  • Operation of mowers, tractors, small plant, machinery, powered and non-powered hand tools.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of gardens and lawns.

  • Experience operating a tractor (under 4.5 tonne) Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Working within an Environmental Management System. Problem solving and solutions focused.
  • Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience. Experience in a similar working environment.
