Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and helping with apartment turnover in general.
Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing items such as:
Participate in community maintenance duties, including building maintenance, preventative maintenance, service request completion, groundskeeping, and other tasks as assigned.
Must provide and use their own hand tools to perform duties required unless otherwise specified by the property.
