The successful candidate will join a team that delivers maintenance, reactive tasks, and technical support while building long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
As a team member you must fulfil the legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others, following all guidance and instructions provided. The listed duties are not exhaustive and may be expanded as reasonably expected within the scope of the post.
- Provide technical support to administration staff as required
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA, including risk assessments
- Provide further works reports where required
- Liaise with clients regarding completed work and any additional requirements
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / asset management updates
- Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday

- Minimum 8 years trade experience
- Completed apprenticeship and hold relevant AC and Refrigeration qualifications, including up‑to‑date Safe Handling (2079)
- Comprehensive experience in HVAC and Building Services environment
- Continuous employment history within the HVAC and Building Services industry
- Proven technical knowledge of Air Conditioning systems and plant (VRF, VRVS, AHUs, Coldrooms, Specialist Refrigeration)
- Ability to work in a team, manage own time, work and paperwork
- Capable of building long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Commercially astute; driven to identify and generate additional works or sales
