Description

You’ll juggle multiple priorities, face demanding customers, and need to pivot quickly when things change. • Acting as the voice of your customers internally to influence change.
• Tracking industry trends and turning them into growth opportunities before your competitors do.
• Building loyalty and trust by delivering a customer experience they can’t imagine living without.
• Representing Hubexo at events, networking opportunities, and client meetings with confidence.
• Achieving and smashing renewal and upsell targets.
• Securing appointments, running high-impact demos, and holding quarterly account reviews that inspire action.
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver outcomes, not just activity.
• Becoming an expert in Hubexo’s Gleigan portfolio and using it to solve real problems.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the fast lane — someone who can turn a renewal into a growth story, a challenge into a win, and a good customer relationship into a great one. If you get a buzz from hitting targets, building trust fast, and being the person clients ask for by name, you’ll feel right at home here.

You’ll need the commercial drive to exceed your numbers, the curiosity to dig into a client’s business, and the resilience to manage complex relationships under pressure. This isn’t a role where you wait for the phone to ring — you’ll be out in front, shaping opportunities, securing renewals early, and proving value in every interaction.

• Experience in construction or subscription business (desirable).
• Proven account management track record with retention and upsell wins you can back up with numbers.
• Organised and resilient — you deliver under pressure without dropping the ball.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence (desirable).
• Exceptional presentation skills — you own the room, whether virtual or in person.
• A confident negotiator and influencer with gravitas at all levels.
• Skilled at uncovering needs and translating them into business value.

Salary: Competitive + Commission OTE £53,00 PA
