- Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment status to management
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance in the field
- Safely operate hand tools, lifting equipment, and diagnostic devices
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and emission controls
- Participate in weekly on-call rotation to support after-hours repair needs
- Travel to customer or job sites as required (approx. 50%)
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in all service environments
- Troubleshoot pump end issues using diagnostic tools and equipment

- Experience with Tier 4 engine repairs preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of diesel mechanic experience or equivalent training

- Strong organizational, safety-first mindset and commitment to reliability
- Advanced mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
