The Summer Intern role in Data Analysis Account Technology Program Management is located on‑site in Charlotte, NC, and runs from June 1 to August 7, 2026. Interns will learn site budget development, application and work order management, identity and access management, business intelligence tools, and technology project management while observing how KPIs drive facility‑management success.
During the internship you will gain hands‑on experience in data entry, documentation, application management, project support, and administrative coordination. You will also develop business reporting skills using Excel and BI tools, analyze data to spot trends, and suggest process improvements.
- Perform data entry and verification to ensure accurate records across platforms.
- Update and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across multiple systems.
- Support active projects by maintaining logs, tracking deliverables, and assisting with reporting.
- Coordinate daily team operations including scheduling, file management, and correspondence.
- Compile performance metrics, update dashboards, and generate analytics reports using Excel and BI tools.
- Identify data trends and recommend process improvements.

Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree (2–3 years completed) in Business, Finance, Technology, or Accounting, possess strong financial and analytical abilities, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, independent work habits, attention to detail, and an interest in data analytics, project management, and commercial real estate are essential. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required as no visa sponsorship is offered.
