  • Oversee inspection procedures and continuously look for ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document results, punch lists, and defects. Partner with manufacturing to resolve issues quickly.
  • Lead daily final inspection operations, ensuring all products meet specs and safety standards.
  • Serve as the key communicator between inspection and other departments.
  • Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and maintained properly.
  • Review assemblies for function, completeness, and compliance before shipment.
  • Track and analyze quality data to spot trends and drive improvements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and customers for smooth final approval.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to the inspection team.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold quality control standards and best practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with inspection tools, documentation processes, and quality systems related to electrical assemblies
  • 5+ years of hands-on electrical work experience (e.g., as an electrician, wireman, or electrical technician), including 2+ years with final inspection, testing, or QC responsibilities
  • Solid understanding of electrical schematics, wiring standards, control panels, and UL/NEC codes
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in electrical technology or technical certifications/coursework in electrical systems a strong plus
  • Valid driver’s license; able to lift up to 50 lbs
