Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven track record of improving contract efficiency and reducing project risks.
Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the construction of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
