Validate the accuracy of cost management and forecast reporting.
Develop effective scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flow reports and forecasts for multiple projects.
Validate schedule progress.
Analyze data, logs, and reports in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools.
Responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction planning, scheduling, logistics and cost control.
Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from the project team.
Lead the Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM).
Provide leadership and training to team members ensuring the resolution of difficult project control issues.
Analyze progress measurement.
Validate proper set-up and management of the Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
Identify and oversee the Risk Management process.
Perform Project Forensic Analysis.
Perform and review material takeoffs.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential clients, customers, and contractors.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, and 7 years direct project controls experience required.
Ability to facilitate and produce detailed construction schedules and interface those construction schedules with engineering and procurement activities preferred.
