The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for FP&A activities, coordinating with country finance operations, preparing and consolidating HQ‑level monthly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with the company’s finance policies, procedures and timelines for all legal entities.
Key duties include managing MEC activities such as preparing JV and intercompany accounts, verifying cost and revenue allocations, analysing monthly cost trends and providing commentary, and preparing free‑cash‑flow accounts with actual‑versus‑outlook comparisons.
The role also involves uploading data to HFM Essbase for annual planning and quarterly rolling forecasts, producing flash and outlook reports, and delivering detailed actual‑vs‑plan‑vs‑prior‑year analyses to various functions.
Finance support extends to working closely with functional departments on end‑to‑end finance processes, tracking project expenses, month‑end closing, and performing three‑month rolling variance analysis.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, has at least eight years of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, deep finance and accounting knowledge, and hands‑on expertise with SAP, Excel and Hyperion/OneStream; the position follows a LATAM shift from 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
