We’re seeking graduates (or soon to graduate) with a BEng / MEng in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Power Engineering (or a closely related discipline) who are eager to put theory into practice.
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.
🗣 communicate clearly and work well in teams
🔍 have a sharp eye for detail
As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
📈 are motivated to keep learning and grow toward Chartered Engineer status
💻 have exposure (or interest) in CAD, BIM, AVEVA or similar tools
BenefitsSuccessful applicants will then be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre at one of our UK offices.
📚 A tailored upskilling framework — develop both your technical and professional skills.
🤝 Peer-to-peer learning through Graduate Forums — connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Bonus points if you already have experience or coursework relevant to nuclear, power systems, or industrial control environments.
Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your career — giving you exposure to live projects, expert mentorship, and the chance to make a real impact from day one.
💡 Access to mentors and technical experts — learn directly from industry leaders.
Over the two-year self-directed journey, you’ll gain a unique insight into the nuclear industry. You’ll begin with broad exposure across teams and customers, before progressing into more discipline-focused work that aligns with your ambitions. Expect variety, challenge, and growth — all while contributing to some of the UK’s most significant energy projects.
