Lead a service line which is part of a wider discipline of 160+ professionals’ across the Middle East.
Lead and manage a Water and Energy Advisory team, with a strong focus on people engagement.
Provide coordination with other service lines and disciplines, to ensure sharing of best practice, innovation and project delivery skills.
Play a leading role in the implementation of the WSP in the Middle East Strategy where Water & Energy are strategic growth areas
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and actively seek and act upon client feedback to enhance the services we provide and differentiate WSP from the competition in the sectors we operate.
Support strategic business unit level bids and lead tactical bids.
Lead framework and project delivery - time, cost and quality.
Develop and implement a Water and Energy Advisory strategy that will deliver business growth in line with agreed target levels and align our business to the existing, emerging and developing market opportunities within the water sector.
Ensure the team have the right competencies for their roles through the development and delivery of a training and development plan.
Own the Water and Energy Advisory Service Line P&L and deliver to all key targets.

A reputation as a leader in your field, with experience of leading internationally in the provision of professional services.
An ability to cross sell WSPs broader services and enhance our client interaction.
Proven key client management skills – able to develop/maintain senior client relationships ensuring repeat business and continually improved client satisfaction.
Exhibit and demonstrate behaviours and attitudes in accordance with WSP core values through effective team working with open communication.
Leadership experience in the Water & Energy sectors in professional services.
P&L management experience, with a detailed understanding of the mechanics of and levers to manage net revenue, operating margin, EBITDA and working capital.
