The incumbent operates independently to manage administrative functions, resolve challenges, apply new policies, maintain systems, and prepare documentation.
Candidates must hold a current Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree, with at least five years of progressively responsible administrative experience—two of which must be at the executive level—and one year of specialized experience analyzing mission‑oriented programs. Strong SharePoint administration skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with TATEL time‑and‑attendance systems, experience tracking taskers or executive workflows, and prior work within the Department of State.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000 to $163,000, with final compensation based on factors such as skill set, experience, security clearance, certifications, and business needs.
