Lead Superintendent

Description

Due to continued growth in the Atlanta market, my client is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors and fit-out projects. This individual will manage projects from mobilization through punch and closeout, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Enforce job-specific safety plans while maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, building engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control, finishing standards, and final punch-out activities.
• Attend site walks and selected project meetings as the contractor’s onsite representative.
• Take on a key leadership role in shaping project delivery standards.
• Deliver clean, professional project turnovers with exceptional attention to detail.
• Use construction software (including Procore) to maintain accurate documentation and communication.

• Stable local workload with no requirement for extensive travel.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain tight schedules.
• Background in interior construction for office, retail, and/or medical spaces preferred but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of field experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Procore; scheduling software experience is advantageous.
