The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with hiring leaders to attract and secure top talent that drives Rosendin’s growth and strategic objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, the partner will design and execute recruiting strategies tailored to specific regions or business units, and serve as the subject‑matter expert on the company’s markets.
- Own and drive end‑to‑end recruiting cycles for assigned regions or departments
- Create and execute search strategies, source candidates through multiple channels, and screen applications
- Conduct interviews, assess skills against job requirements, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and complete reference checks
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with compensation teams
- Manage job requisitions and candidate data in Workday Recruit, updating priority posting lists weekly
- Identify diverse talent pools using employee referrals, databases, social media, and other sourcing tools
- Provide regular status updates to managers, hiring leaders, and HR business partners
- Ensure a positive candidate experience for both selected and non‑selected applicants throughout the process
- Represent Rosendin at industry, diversity, and college career fairs to build pipeline and brand awareness
- Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system

Success in this role requires at least seven years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience, including three years within construction, electrical, AEC, or related energy sectors, and a strong track record of sourcing both active and passive candidates. Candidates must be proficient with Workday Recruit or similar ATS, possess advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- 7+ years full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience, with ≥3 years in construction, electrical, AEC, MEP, renewable energy, or power sectors
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to conduct behavioral and skills‑based interviews
- Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, including project creation and InMail outreach
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at building stakeholder relationships
- Experience making cold calls and working independently with geographically dispersed teams
- Knowledge of employment law and OFCCP compliance
