The Senior Product Support Specialist (Uptime Specialist) will work closely with dealers and design teams to accelerate resolution of technical issues, analyze field data to improve scheduled uptime, and drive product support programs that implement corrective actions across the field population.
In this role you will develop procedures to ensure product quality, evaluate production processes, gather feedback for new or improved products, and create technical specifications while tracking projects from inception to release.
Successful candidates demonstrate strong customer focus, data‑gathering and analysis skills, service excellence, and problem‑solving abilities. They must be able to align decisions with customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
A bachelor’s degree—preferably in engineering or exact sciences—is required, with a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation and excellent communication skills considered a plus.
