Driving contract management initiatives to deliver value and efficiencies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with critical suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Managing the procurement of long-lead items and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Leading and managing strategic sourcing events for major projects, ensuring goods and services are procured efficiently and effectively.
Developing and executing project sourcing strategies, using data analysis and market insights to inform decisions.
Preparing and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), analysing bid responses, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and awarding contracts.

Proven experience as a strategic sourcing or supply chain professional, ideally within construction or major projects.
MCIPS qualification (or working towards).
Experience in supplier engagement, requirement definition, sourcing planning, and competitive bidding.
Strong knowledge of construction contracting suites (including NEC).
Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing projects from start to finish.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
