  • Conducting fitting (or general) tasks as directed IAW supplied Work Pack / Job Tickets.
  • Completing works within the required time frames and, if unachievable, informing supervisor immediately.
  • Inspection, analysis and recording of critical measurements, data, or information during the process of undertaking mechanical refurbishment works.
  • Inspection, testing and servicing of on-board mechanical systems.

  • First Aid / EWP
  • Capable of performing work in a safe and acceptable manner.
  • Trade Qualification – Fitter & Turner, Machinist, Diesel Fitter (Heavy) or Mechanical Fitter.
  • Previous experience in Marine / Ship repair or Heavy Industry.
  • White Card
  • HR Licenses – Forklift / Confined Space
  • Ability to use standard tools and equipment related to the trade.
