Inside Sales Representative / Sales Support / Technical Sales Coordinator is required to support nationwide sales activity for a specialist in Positive Displacement (PD) Blowers based in Antioch, IL.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Support outside sales activity with timely documentation and updates.
  • Streamline communication between customers, distributors, and field reps.
  • Prepare and manage quotes and proposals for customer projects.
  • Coordinate with field sales representatives nationwide to ensure smooth communication and project follow-up.

The role focuses on quoting, coordination, and sales support, serving as a key link between customers, distributors, and field representatives across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of PD blowers, wastewater aeration, or pneumatic conveying systems, and experience in inside sales or customer coordination within an industrial environment.

  • Understanding of rotary lobe blowers, vacuum blowers/exhausters, and complete blower packages (including silencers, filters, relief valves, drives, and enclosures).
  • Technical knowledge or experience with Positive Displacement (PD) Blowers and related equipment.
  • Familiarity with brands such as Gardner Denver, Roots (Ingersoll Rand), MD Kinney, Howden, or Tuthill.
  • Previous inside sales, customer support, or coordination experience in an industrial or engineered products setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of applications in wastewater aeration, pneumatic conveying, biogas, and other industrial processes.
