Technical Services Manager

As Technical Services Manager, you will take ownership of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects across a portfolio of projects in West London, ensuring technical coordination, compliance, and delivery to the highest standards. You’ll act as the key link between design, construction, and client teams — maintaining the company’s reputation for first-class project delivery.

• Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless technical delivery
• Support commissioning, handover, and post-occupancy technical reviews
• Review technical submissions and drawings for compliance with project specifications
• Lead technical meetings, providing expertise on buildability, sequencing, and integration
• Ensure health, safety, and sustainability requirements are embedded in all technical works
• Manage and oversee M&E design, coordination, and installation on multiple sites

• Excellent technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager (or similar M&E leadership role)
• Strong background in both leisure and office projects – this experience is essential
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong communication and coordination skills with an eye for detail
