Taking part in / Organising and attending pre-contract briefings and ensuring smooth project handovers with the team.
Input / Manage fee projections for financial profiling across various projects
Conducting building condition surveys and producing clear, insightful reports for clients.
Attending client and project meetings, representing the business with professionalism and technical confidence.
Travelling to sites and client locations as required.
Assisting / Issuing with tender submissions, contractor analysis, and the drafting / raising of JCT construction contracts.
Carrying out regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and health & safety compliance.
Supporting the preparation / Preparation of tender documentation – including drawings, specifications, and schedules of work.
